When I hit one of many huge potholes off the NYS Thruway Rt 17 two of my tires tires blew out. I was not close to home so I call Mercedes and Me who put me in touch with the service manager Scott at Mer Rt 17 two of my tires tires blew out. I was not close to home so I call Mercedes and Me who put me in touch with the service manager Scott at Mercedes Benz of . He made sure I got my two tires replaced, and a wheel alignment so and they washed my car! I was able to get back home within a reasonable amount of time instead of having to make overnight arrangements. More
