Very disappointed in this location. I feel that they are only trying to add services to your bill. I took my car in for its first service back in the fall and was told that it alread I feel that they are only trying to add services to your bill. I took my car in for its first service back in the fall and was told that it already needed an alignment. 2 Months later i had a nail in my tire and needed it replaced, they told me again that the car needed to be aligned. We did the tire replacement with them. Then in April, scheduled the 2nd service (schedule B) and was told again that the car needed alignment and that the back tires needed to be replaced. I am not a crazy drive and in 35 years of driving, I have only needed to have my car aligned a couple of times. I feel that there are a couple of possibilities that may have happened. A, they never did the alignment properly the first time, over inflated my tires to increase the terrible wear in them and needing them to be replaced much sooner than usual. Only getting 16K on the back tires for tires that should get 40k in wear. B, There is a known issue with this model and not having enough adjustments on the car which make it go out of alignment more often. C, this is their way to con people into spending more money on their already very expensive services. Either way, this is really ridiculous. Also, they would not do my safety inspection because of the tire tread. I felt this was another attempt to get more money out of me again. Even though there was still tread on the tires, and another location had no problem doing the safety inspection, this is what they tried to get away with. The service also took a very long time to complete. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, no communication throughout the day, an email the following day to try to add extra services to the car and it wasn’t until 4pm on Friday that I had to call and check on the status of my car at which point the service was finally complete. More

I made an appointment to bring my vehicle a recall service. From start to finish the service was amazing. The service team understood what needed to be done and explained the whole process. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. It took forever, I was way overcharged, the parts had to be brought first from Germany, then from Ohio.
