Saturday while traveling home to NJ my wife experienced a tire blowout and the car was towed to your facility arriving after the service dept had closed for the day.. We cannot thank your staff enough for a tire blowout and the car was towed to your facility arriving after the service dept had closed for the day.. We cannot thank your staff enough for their kindness and assistance, Unfortunately my wife did not get the salesman's name but he offered to stay late to ensure she was not alone as she waited for her Uber. The service dept installed the tire and checked the car for damage and to our surprise all this was done on Monday. We were both overwhelmed with the additional feature of the tech's video of his inspection and repair. When we picked up the car on Tuesday Omar the service writer was friendly and professional. Simply your staff's efforts resulted in a delighted customer. More

We got a flat tire on the way to the eclipse and really appreciate having been able to drop the car off on a Sunday and pick it up, repaired (and having used insurance!), on Tuesday afternoon.
