I feel safe, comfortable, and smooth in my new GLC 300. Mike explained everything about the vehicle and my options since I also had a trade-in. I just had my first service for my car, and not only was I in and out quickly, but the personnel in the service department offered me coffee, tea, or water to make my waiting as stress-free as possible. There was a nice waiting area where I can work or read. Thank you for the hospitality and the quality of the service. I have owned many cars, and MB of Orange County has been the most friendly, professional, and honest car dealership I have ever experienced. Thank you! More
