After dealing with the service department at Orange Cty. Mercedes, I will never buy/lease another Mercedes again. From missing a nail in my tire that could be seen with the naked eye (the reason I brought Mercedes, I will never buy/lease another Mercedes again. From missing a nail in my tire that could be seen with the naked eye (the reason I brought the car in), to mis-aligning wheels to the extent I had to replace all 4 tires on a 2020 vehicle with 21,000 miles on it, to delaying/misrepresenting or just not responding to my inquiries re: the status of repairs subject to an insurance claim - which, per the service manager, would have been done in 2 weeks, had I paid out of pocket, but have now been pending for more than 6 weeks with no end in sight… I’ve had wonderful experiences with other Mercedes dealerships, and the poor quality of service at Orange Cty has is inexcusable. I am actually very shocked to say the least when it comes to this dealership. I came in for a 2022 GLE 350 and I was taken very good care of by the folks down at this dealership, specifically the salesman E to this dealership. I came in for a 2022 GLE 350 and I was taken very good care of by the folks down at this dealership, specifically the salesman Eric M. And their financial manager Thomas. I was constantly offered drinks and food, I was treated very well, they were cooperative and willing to hear my side out and come to an agreement for the sake of both sides being happy. This is all very general information but what I noticed about this dealership is how engaged they were with me. Eric made me feel very much at home and it was as if I knew him a few years myself. Eric isn’t your typical sleezy salesman and you can see it with the way he handles his work. He is ultimately very professional and we actually had some very fun talks while we were getting the paperwork done for me car. The patience on this man is incredible and I highly recommend anyone within an attainable radius looking for a Mercedes Benz to visit these folks and ask for Eric. He is truly a genuine guy and will make the experience much worth it. I know for sure the drive I took was worth it and it was thanks to him. More
