On 3/23/21 Kyle was the man. I did not say a word or show any negative body language whatsoever when my S550 was returned to me. Kyle looked at it, and was NOT happy (and that's to say the least). He immediately approached the attendant who was still seated in my vehicle. I don't know what Kyle said to them, but I discerned he discreetly "schooled" the attendant on an obvious problem. A problem which the attendant should have noticed, and should have taken care of before bringing me my vehicle. Kyle apologized to me. He assured me I would have my vehicle in ~15-20mins, and it would be in pristine condition. I was totally impressed. I did not have to say a word. Kyle made it clear: It's either the best or nothing.
