When I decide to purchase a new car I know what I want and have walked away when salesmen get pushy or try to pressure the sale. He answered all my questions clearly I could tell he knew the product he was selling well that makes a huge difference too when the sales people have correct information. He also listened to my request to not make it a long process and try to sell us many other services and options we didn't want or need. He deserves accomendations and he's a keeper for your dealership. I hope he's there when we want to move into another style of Mercedes in future.
