I was not expecting to incur an expense that great, but Jesse was a love and price matched the tires for me. If that is not platinum service then I do not know what platinum is because I saved money at Mercedes Benz Of Ontario! I sound like a broken record, but the service I received made me feel as if were driving the AMG G65 ! Thank you again! More

Her professionalism and the quality of the Dealership were the reasons we decided to look for another Mercedes from this dealership. We were not disappointed. I filled out the loan application on line and before I could finish, I was already contacted by Nancy Quintero and Angeliki King who set up an appointment for us. Once we arrived at the appointment, we were immediately greeted by your very professional staff. Once we confirmed our appointment we were quickly linked up with Nancy, who took us back and introduced us to Sunil Sethi and Angeliki. Sunil was the primary salesperson we worked with, but with Nancy and Angeliki assisting they worked as a very professional and well oiled team. The car was going to be for my wife. She described what she was interested in and Angeliki brought the vehicles to the sales area for her to look at. Once she decided, Sunil finished the paperwork process and turned it over to Bernard Azar, another true professional in your employment. Bernard quickly and efficiently assembled the paperwork and was careful to explain everything. When we finished the paperwork, Angeliki had the car we purchased prepared and ready for us. She took the time to explain the features of the car to insure we understood it's operation. All four of the individuals came to welcome us to the Mercedes Benz family and said their goodbyes before we left. At no time were we rushed or pressured into making a decision. As busy as the dealership was, these four individuals made us feel like we were the only customers in the place. You truly have the most professional, caring and courteous staff that I have ever dealt with in the car industry and your facilities are hard to match. More
