Great sales rep. & finance mgr. I met Jhovan Coronada and after showing my wife and I four vehicles we decided on an S class. I was offered a blind appraisal on my trade-in, after ge I met Jhovan Coronada and after showing my wife and I four vehicles we decided on an S class. I was offered a blind appraisal on my trade-in, after getting most of the paper work done we were asked to return the following day. Since it was late in the evening we agreed to return the next day. Jhovan had that day off but said he would be at the dealership. We arrived early Saturday, my trade-in was appraised, we were happy with the amount. We went into finance where we met with Bernard Azar, he finished with our paperwork while our new car was getting detailed. We drove away in our new car in record time. I have always taken my 1997 S320 to Mercedes Benz of Ontario and now with the new one I will continue to use this delership. The show room has great amenities and the staff are great people and very friendly. I have always told all my friends about MB of Ontario and will continue doing so. Thanks again for helping us with the purchase of our vehicle. Five stars to everyone and Flecther Jones for hiring the most qualified people. More

Jhovan ASK FOR Jhovan!!!!!!! This was the BEST experience we have ever had with a car dealership. We went in late Friday night to see a GLC300 SUV that my ASK FOR Jhovan!!!!!!! This was the BEST experience we have ever had with a car dealership. We went in late Friday night to see a GLC300 SUV that my wife wanted to see. Jhovan greeted us and showed us the model we wanted to see explaining the features and sharing with us the benefits of dealing with the Fletcher Jones Family. We left after agreeing to meet Saturday at 2 PM. Well we didn't get there until about 4 PM but Jhovan was happy to see us and showed us the 2018 car again. I really liked the 2017 model with the additional added features and asked to see it again. He quickly responded and that was the car we decided we wanted to buy. Jhovan gave us options as to wanting us to be completely satisfied with the car we chose. We made a deal on the car in about 30 minutes after that and went to finance and met Johnny Jabbour the Finance Manager and another superb Fletcher Jones employee who ran us through the credit part. Jhovan delivered our car to us and he is a just a wonderful salesperson to deal with at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz of Ontario. More
