It wasn't as hectic as I imagined it would be. I had bought a MB at another independent dealer. I liked it but wasn't as pleased with it as I thought I should be. Worst experience of buying a car here I am writing this regarding my really really bad and unacceptable experience about purchasing CPO at one of your dealership, Mercedes benz of ontario. I am writing this regarding my really really bad and unacceptable experience about purchasing CPO at one of your dealership, Mercedes benz of ontario. I was interested in CPO 2017 C300 coupe. I applied credit application online through the website on Friday april 13 at night. SO the next day, sales rep call me. His name is Chris. He said he will follow up with the financial manager and let me know before noon due to my credit score was low. I totally understand him at that time. (i was originally had appointment with bevel hills BMW at night because my credit was approved by BMW Financial but I did like C300 coupe more so I wanted to get it from your dealerships first) Around 2 PM I called him and could not get a hold of him. So I emailed him. He replied back saying that its busy at the dealerships. He had 3 clients and sold 2 cars already. I totally understand that walked in customers has more priority that me. Then Financial manager called and asked me couple questions about my financial. after the call, he said he will get back to me or ask sales rep contact me after he talked with MB financial office. I waited for whole day. then another sales rep name Sunny emailed me and told me that he will get the answer by Monday april 15 which was fine with me. I called again Monday. They could not get the answer for me. Then I called again on Tuesday. The second sals rep, Sunny, was helping me followed up with his financial manager. Then he said the financial manager has appointment with MB Financial to discuss on Friday April 20. So today I call. again no answer. no update. The most unacceptable and made me more upset is the car is sold today. I know i do have some issues with my credit. but i have been working with the dealerships for 7 days. i even asked if I can put the money down to reserve the car first. and if my credit was not approved by MBUSA, you can just refund me the money. NO. No one respond back to me. This this the worst experience ever for buying the car. I know I am a small customer. But if you want to deal with big customer, let me know so I can go buy somewhere else. I total owned 4 mercedes and 2 BMW. I am currently own 2013 GL450. I defiantly going to buy benz again because i like the car and brand BUT I DEFINATELY WILL NOT BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIPS OR YOUR NETWORK EVER AGAIN EVEN YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE DEALER THAT HAS THE CAR More
