I went through different models, test drove three different ones. Took my time in selecting the right vehicle for me and the staff was very patient. Gave me time and space to ensure I made the right decision. They were never "pushy". They were always pleasant and very helpful. In the end I had a fair trade in value and a great discount on a brand new 2019 AMG model. More

Experience of Excellence My initial inquiry for GLC 300 was responded by Mr Tyler Baldwin and at the end of deal Michael, the sales manager also touch up and make sure everyth My initial inquiry for GLC 300 was responded by Mr Tyler Baldwin and at the end of deal Michael, the sales manager also touch up and make sure everything going good. Staff’s approach with customer was very respectful and polite. We got best deal, best car, favourite color but one interesting twist happen by chance. Let me share it.. majority GLC 300 has Smartphone Integration Package($350) option installed , so we thought all GLC has the Apple Carplay, but in the end we choose GLC 350e which have Intelligent Hybrid Navigation and Multimedia Package($2200) which is instead of Carplay option. We engrossed too much in price deal and loose sight on the fact this upgrade does not have Apple Carplay. Come home with new car find out Apple carplay is not working, next day call Mr Baldwin and get confirmed it doesn’t has it. I share my problem very frankly with Ontario Mercedes General Sales Manager Mr Addi Mimi. He listened me with great patience, ask for my two minutes of time, went out and consult with his technical team come back with some smart solution which fulfill my need and make me unexpectedly happy. How fast he act in order to bring smile on his customer’s face without going in mode of whose fault it is . It was an excellent customer service experience in my lifetime. I give more than 5 star to Ontario Mercedes dealership. I recommend to shop here with confidence, you will be always taken care of. More
