I brought my car in for 15,000 maintenance, picked my car up at 6:00 P.M., the next d This service department should really get a negative ten stars. I brought my car in for 15,000 maintenance, picked my car up at 6:00 P.M., the next day while driving on the freeway to work, it tells me both of my rear tire pressures are low. Tire rotation and checking pressure was part of the maintenance, but apparently this simple task could not be done properly by a group of certified Mercedes technicians. Makes you wonder what else was not done correctly. Very disappointed in this dealership and their abilities. I feel like their goal is to get as many customers in as they can, take their money, and do mediocre work. They schedule a customer every ten minutes. Even though you may have an appointment, the wait time to see a service adviser is at least half an hour. Everything just seems so chaotic. More
