Dennis Veal even went a step further into getting us a better deal as far as us saving a few more buck! He made sure we had something to eat! Debbra pound went herself personally to pick it up! Chris Bland even offered us to come back to make sure we detailed and wash the car to our satisfaction and We really appreciated that! their courteous, helpful and good at their job. Once again, I found I was in good hands On this visit, it was time for my old (2002), but new to me, S500 to have its first B Service on my watch. I've been bringing my car to Kleber ever si On this visit, it was time for my old (2002), but new to me, S500 to have its first B Service on my watch. I've been bringing my car to Kleber ever since I bought it in in 2018. I was a bit on edge about the cost of a service on a car with so many bells and whistles, but was pleasantly surprised with having a "normal checkup." I attribute that to the fact that Kleber has been taking good care of me up until this point...no surprises. To top things off, Kleber and his team were able to trouble shoot the cause of an odd noise that I was hearing in the car...turned out that they were able to remedy a vacuum leak in the locking system (a portion of which I had to replace on one of my last visits) and so I drove off with no more noise, and no additional charge. So, as I mentioned, thanks to Kleber, I found myself in good hands. PS, My decision to bring my car in on Halloween was a spontaneous one...my car's display was warning me that the service time was approaching, but I just swung by on a whim, and despite having what appeared to be a full plate of customers, he made quick work of processing my paperwork, and even arranged for an Uber ride to take me to my office on the opposite side of the freeway. (I then made arrangements for my own ride home to Claremont when the time came.) PPS, By stopping by on Halloween, I learned that the helpful folks at MB of Ontario have a sense of humor...it was a treat to see the various costumes, and I especially enjoyed Kleber's rendition of "Felonius Gru" - complete with the eyebrows and two of the helpful Minions at his side. :-) More

I was 20 years a loyal BMW car guy. I would replace my new BMW every 18-24 months and at one point replaced them every 12 months. Got married, got a child, and now the priorities are different. Came to Mercedes Benz of Ontario and worked with Ali on ordering the all new 2020 GLE450 AMG pack. The ordering cake with some manufacturing delay heartaches but today we were able to pickup the car and it couldn’t have been any better; well well worth the wait folks. The minute the car arrived at the dealership from the carrier, Elie (a great great sales manager) called Ali to let us know it had arrived and Ali followed the car through PDI and wash and got us in early to the paperwork done. During financing with TJ (another amazing fella at MBO), the general manager Ted came in and we hugged, where else do you get this kind of treatment?!??? We are looking forward to the next evolution with Mercedes Benz of Ontario. The Fletcher Jones experience is second to none. Thank you Ted, Elie, Ali, TJ and shout out to Javier from AW. I always receive Great service at MB of Ontario. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The service is quick and efficient and I never have to wait around wasting time .
