We have been trying to get our extended warranty refund for almost 3 months, and they have yet to return our money. Our vehicle was involved in a car accident and the vehicle was totaled out, therefore, we requested a refund for our extended warranty. so I don’t recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a Mercedes do not go to this dealership.
