I would not recommend that you purchase a vehicle in this facility, they have the worst customer service, especially when it comes to getting money back from them. We have been trying to get our extended war facility, they have the worst customer service, especially when it comes to getting money back from them. We have been trying to get our extended warranty refund for almost 3 months, and they have yet to return our money. Our vehicle was involved in a car accident and the vehicle was totaled out, therefore, we requested a refund for our extended warranty. so I don’t recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a Mercedes do not go to this dealership. More

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They sold me a lemon and after driving it for one day we’re not able to help me. They looked at it said there’s no issue and now the car is at anothe They sold me a lemon and after driving it for one day we’re not able to help me. They looked at it said there’s no issue and now the car is at another Mercedes shop for over a week actually doing diagnostics. Their sales team is awful and services team is awful. Do not buy a car from here. Run as fast as possible and go somewhere else. Super unprofessional. More

My experience was close to meeting my expectations and overall, a great experience. From the moment we arrived, We were greeted by the front desk staff. They were kind and professional and made the welcome experience great. One of the Sales reps on the floor offered us water which was a nice touch. We were told by Lee we were meeting Mr. Champagne, upon us arriving we did not. Trevor Harlow is who we were introduced to and did a stellar job at representing Mercedes Ontario and the automobiles that you offer. We test drove 2 different cars, as we had a car on hold at another location but wanted to do our due diligence in ensuring we were making the correct decision. After test driving both cars, we ran the numbers on one of them to see if it aligned with our price point and it did. At that point I had to go home and weigh the pros and cons of which car I was going to go with and Trevor was patient in that process and kept in contact while we made that decision to let us know if the car was sold to someone else. After weighing the pros and cons we decided on the car at Mercedes Ontario and Trevor let us know it was still available and we set an appointment to come check out the car one more time and seal the deal. Trevor was kind enough to offer transpiration if I needed a way to get to the dealership for our appointment, although I ended up not needing it, it was a nice gesture and made my experience that much better. Upon my arrival to Mercedes the next day back to the dealership, the front staff again were professional and truly welcoming. Trevor then showed up to work with me and introduce me to Dani Constantine and the experience got even better. I cannot express enough how professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable Dani was on the car I was interested in. If it was not for him, I would have not been sure I made the right decision. He took his time, walked me through everything digitally with teh car and its' system and that took my experience to the next level. Mercedes Ontario is truly lucky to have Trevor and Dani as part of your team. Finally, after everything was said and done, Dani had the car cleaned and prepared for me with a bow and took a picture of me to send to my husband so he could know how everything was going through the process since he had to work that day. I also finally got to meet you. I have never been a fan of going to a dealership and purchasing a car, but I must say this was the best experience I have ever had. My only feedback would be the transparency in the condition of the car. When test driving I knew the car I purchased was front wheel drive, what I did not know was that this meant that it would not be a silent drive something I thought all Mercedes automobiles were built to that standard, and something my previous Land Rover drove like, so I will have to get used to hearing that noise and know that nothing is wrong with the car. After I left the lot, I was unsure if something was wrong with the car because I heard this noise while driving and did my research as well as contacted Mercedes to confirm the last maintenance, which made me realize I would have to live with the sound since once you buy that is it there is no cool-off period . I also over looked that the interior trunk of my car was scratched up a lot . This was a pre-certified car; it would have been nice for that to have been mentioned to me upfront. Also, the car did not come with a retractable cargo trunk cover, although the holes are there for it and this car was previously a lease, I was curious as to why it was not in the car and why I was not informed of this. Last is the finance process. I was financing through my credit union and although the Finance rep was truly nice, professional, and did not pressure me into buying the extended warranties and maintenance plans, I wish that time could have been expedited.
