It was time for my A0 service so I took my car in to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. I was greeted by a friendly check in Associate and was annouced to my service represented that I had arrive. Jorge greete Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. I was greeted by a friendly check in Associate and was annouced to my service represented that I had arrive. Jorge greeted me with a friendly smile when he came out and he proceeded to finish my check in and get my loaner car started. I didn't have to wait long and my loaner was ready. Jorge texted me that my car was ready and when I returned my loaner, i was meet with a clean car and I was ready to pay and be on my way. All and all I had a very positive experience. Finally, the service manager Nicole Machen made me feel really appreciated by taking the time to speak with me and providing me with a small token of appreciation for returning to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. More

Happy 1st time service customer There were at least 20 cars in line when I arrived. The staff was ready for the crowd however and I was quickly checked in by several friendly people. He provided me with an accurate cost and repair schedule. The car was ready when Tony said it would be and the pick up was just as smooth as the drop off.
