There has been a tremendous change in the service department and this dealership. Everyone is friendly, courteous and seem to value their work from the delivery drivers to the cleaners. Briefly worked with Chris - was really nice but never actually sat down but was always sure to show face during my visits. Remembered who I was and had a great sense of humor. Worked primarily with Carlos for my A220, who was an absolute star. Talked through other offers with us and consistently worked to bring the price down to match them. Was patient, never felt rushed or pressured and gave my dad and I the time we needed to talk through our decision. He was sure to rush the paperwork (my dad hates dealerships, so he was very short-tempered) and did whatever he could to speed things up during our visit. This is our families first MB, and for that reason we decided to go with FJ for the preferred member benefits. Besides that, I love my new car! Wish I could leave a separate review for Yogi - stopped answering my calls when I told him I had offers from other dealerships! Guess he figured he didn’t need my business. More
