Briefly worked with Chris - was really nice but never actually sat down but was always sure to show face during my visits. Remembered who I was and had a great sense of humor. Was patient, never felt rushed or pressured and gave my dad and I the time we needed to talk through our decision. He was sure to rush the paperwork (my dad hates dealerships, so he was very short-tempered) and did whatever he could to speed things up during our visit. This is our families first MB, and for that reason we decided to go with FJ for the preferred member benefits. Besides that, I love my new car!
