You would expect that a luxury vehicle dealership would provide a luxurious level of customer service. And for the most part, that's not what you find. During our hunt for our new vehicle we came across se provide a luxurious level of customer service. And for the most part, that's not what you find. During our hunt for our new vehicle we came across several chip on the shoulder, snooty, "take it or leave it" instances which repeatedly burned the bridge of communication and killed our interest in working with anyone. And then there was Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. Because of our prior experience I opened up the communication online. From the beginning, Cecilia and Sabrina were fantastic! They followed up as needed without being push, always courteous and understanding to our busy schedule. Louis Hakime helped us find the vehicle my wife wanted and demonstrated exceptional service skills and product knowledge. Chris Bland was superb and went out of his way to make sure we found a great deal on the vehicle my wife liked. Frank in finance got to the point in a professional manner, making sure we had the proper protection. One thing I heard from all 3 of the agents involved in selling: "we don't want to have to go back and forth, we want to take care of you". And THAT! they did!!!! Down to the last step! Giany ushered my wife into her new car, showing her the vehicles features and getting her set up while demonstrating EXCEPTIONAL command of his customer service soft skills! I have to admit, I have never considered a Mercedes myself. And I have been shopping for an Audi or Lexus, while considering a BMW. But after this experience here, I am considering putting a second Mercedes on our driveway sometime soon! Because of my line of business, I gauge all levels of service interaction and the team at Mercedes-Benz Ontario is killing it!!! I would not hesitate to refer family and friends. I look forward to continuing to work with them as we start our new venture in my wife's beautiful ride! More
