This is not the customer service that I expected from Mercedes Benz. I purchased a car from Ontario MB a few months ago, Now I've noticed the registration is showing as a "leased car" and that I am not Mercedes Benz. I purchased a car from Ontario MB a few months ago, Now I've noticed the registration is showing as a "leased car" and that I am not the owner even though that is not the case. But the funny part is the run around I am getting from the dealer after I brought the issue to their attention. It seems as though no one is available when I call that can help me fix their error and no one from the dealership has called me back to answer my questions as what happened to the several thousands of dollars I paid as sales tax for this car. This has become a nightmare due to their incompetence and unprofessional customer service. More
