We bought a brand new loaded 2021 gle350 from Ontario Mercedes. I noticed the aisle in the back where they line up the suvs have curb markers. That when going for test drives or purchase these suvs have to go over. (Have video proof) the salesperson was amazing and was helpful. On taking the car home we noticed there was a scuff in the 21” upgraded amg rims, and when we opened the glove compartment and looked further into the car we found receipts of paint damage and paint work being redone on the car. We went back immediately the following morning and the sales manager yogi says what’s the issue, refuses to help. I understand cars at dealerships might be delivered with defects or touch ups needed due to sitting outside in the lot. But this man was rude, unprofessional and unwillingly to help and rectify the situation. The salesperson however took care of us, seems weird and odd a man like Yogi is employed and a a manager at the biggest Mercedes dealership in SoCal. More
On Friday, my tire had a nail pierced and I went to Mercedes-Benz Ontario. They told me that my tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced with a new one. But they didn’t have a tire and they Mercedes-Benz Ontario. They told me that my tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced with a new one. But they didn’t have a tire and they needed it the next day. I couldn’t wait so I went to the American tires. Tell me that my tires can be repaired and do not need to be replaced. I think American tires are professional, but I believe Mercedes-Benz Ontario is also professional, so I also believe that Mercedes-Benz Ontario is lying to me. If I don’t repair it, I need to spend $432 but I am in the American Tire didn't pay any money I will report this to the headquarters. I hope people will consult more before repairing tires. More
