Mercedes-Benz of Ontario has been providing high quality customer experience from the very beginning. This time I went in for a malfunction on the auto-lock of one of the doors. The service rep Naeil did an customer experience from the very beginning. This time I went in for a malfunction on the auto-lock of one of the doors. The service rep Naeil did an excellent job documenting the issue, explaining the issue to the mechanic, and resolving the issue by replacing one of the actuators on the door. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Mercedes. More
