Even though I had my appointment date wrong, Bailey was very personable, friendly about getting my car serviced. She went the extra mile and was very helpful, professional, and (most importantly to me), s very personable, friendly about getting my car serviced. She went the extra mile and was very helpful, professional, and (most importantly to me), she demonstrated genuine caring and compassion. Her customer services was EXCELLENT!! In fact, these days good customer service has its challenges. As a result I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the overall experience. Additionally, the ladies who I came in contact with throughout my entire visit were very friendly and welcoming. More

We have had the pleasure of knowing Louis Hakime for 20 years. Now that he is at Mercedes Benz of Ontario, we'll be back. Louis is an excellent salesman because he's not "pushy," does not attempt to se years. Now that he is at Mercedes Benz of Ontario, we'll be back. Dear My new mechanic Naiel Droubi di my 9b service and charged me total of $2848.52, I had been used Mecerde since 1990, I droves420 and s430 before, and now I am retired and am driving a C300, I went to charged me total of $2848.52, I had been used Mecerde since 1990, I droves420 and s430 before, and now I am retired and am driving a C300, I went to your company to do the 9b service, course my car has been driven for more than 5700 miles, and Naiel had me sing my name first on the signature board first than told me the 9b service is $1600.oo I told him this is expensive and late he told me change all the break pads need another $1100, I already signed my name on the board he gave me, but I still said to him this is very expensive and wanted he to give me a fair price to repair, but after two or three days he phoned me said there's part under the car need to be replaced course it was leaking the oil, I told him I already bought the extended warranty, so later he told me that part is free course it is in the extended warranty, and I waited for one week he gave me back my car, and charged me total of $2848.52, and I told him the 9b service should be $600.00, my daughter just did her sixty thousand mile service and only paid $600.00, and I asked the Flecture Jones at Newport Beach only charge for $580.00, and give new break pads do not need $1100.00, I think he total ripped me off, I already complained twice that other two mechanics already charged me service fee too high, and this time he was crazyly charged me more than any mechanics of, this is Mederdes rediculous high, I told him when I got my car back " you just kill the loyal customer from your company, I dare not to go back to you." I am wonder do you allow your mechanic to raise the repairing cost and ripp us off? who dare to come back to you? I told my friends who are driving a Mecerdes and they are surprised too, they just can not believe this kind of price. I know I've been wrongly billed by you, I won't come back to your Mercedes-Benz of Onatrio again, this is very over charge the service of my C300 5700mile service.I'll tell all my friends who is driving a Mecerdes don't do any service with you. they already scared, I have lot of friends who are driving Mecerdes.
