We recently purchased a Mercedes E350. The first time we went in was just to look at the options (I had pretty much already decided on the E350). On our second trip down there, he listened to my concerns and we settled on the exact car I wanted. He was very professional and patient. We met the General Manager while we were there, and he talked to my children about sports. I enjoyed the entire experience and would definitely purchase another car from him. More
Do not attempt to purchase a vehicle from MB of Ontario. I just took delivery of my beautiful new CLS550 from another reputable dealer at an amazing price. My experience with Internet Manager, Joe Obrien I just took delivery of my beautiful new CLS550 from another reputable dealer at an amazing price. My experience with Internet Manager, Joe Obrien and GM Ray Burke was horrible. I initially contacted Internet Manager, Joe Obrien one week ago and told him I was a serious buyer and even gave him the specifics on the car I wanted. Joe's initial reaction was to try and sell me a more expensive car, as supposedly my car request did not exist. This wasn't true and I had to actually find the car at another dealer for him. Then Joe said he tried and tried and couldn't get my car with a dealer trade. This is also not true, as guess what I bought yesterday, the same car I provided to Joe and my new dealer got the dealer trade done in one hour! Then Joe, wouldn't even quote me a price over the internet as he kept trying to get me to come into the dealership and negotiate the old school way. Why is this man the alleged Internet Manager when he won't conduct business via the internet? I really wanted to do business with MB Ontario as it was the closest to my home, so I escalated the matter to GM Ray Burke. This didn't help as Ray couldn't get me the car and Ray refused to commit to even meet the price I had in writing from a nearby dealer. 6 days, 3 phone calls by me to them and 22 emails later and neither Ray or Joe would get me my car or commit to a price!! Meanwhile, I contact another MB dealer who secures the dealer trade for me in one hour, offers me a fantastic price via email and even completes all the paperwork via the internet. More

The service that was provided at Mercedes- Benz of Ontario fell nothing short of excellent. As soon as I entered the receptionist greeted with a smile and lead me to Ming Marcum. The sales associate introduced himself in a professional manner yet had a very welcoming personality. Ming was very helpful in providing answers to all of my question, and took the time to understand the features i was looking for. It was very refreshing to be with a sales associate that understood what i wanted, and never pressured nor wasted my time looking at cars I had no interest in. He made it easy to understand every detail of the purchase, and always kept in mind my needs as a customer. Though I understand this is always a time consuming process, Ming was very understanding about my time constraint. I would definitely recommend this dealership but most importantly i would recommend MING MARCUM. He was caring, understnading, and took the time to listen to all of my needs, and questions.The pricing was fair, and the service was Amazing. Mercedes-Benz of Ontario really makes their customers feel special. I am a first time buyer that had an excellent experience. More
