The dealership was very accomodating and really made us feel welcome. We arrived at 6:30 PM on a Sunday. Very professional from the manager, to Duke, to the financing officer and even to the Service Personnel who brought the car out before we left the dealership. Duke even followed me to my office to get the check for the second part of my down payment. Truly one of my most pleasant experiences in purchasing a vehicle (and I have bought 6 to date). Two of my previous purchases were Mercedes Benz'. One is a 1998 C230 Sport and the other is a 2010 E350 Sedan. The first one was a five hour disaster. The second one involved two visits to the dealership despite internet negotiations. This one was a pleasure. In at 6:30 PM, out with a brand new vehicle by 9:15. My wife got home with the vehicle by 9:30 and I got home by 10 after a brief pit-stop at my office to pick up the check. Many thanks to the dealership for the great Sales Service. I have been recommending the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Ontario to all my friends and acquaintances. More

I initially went to the dealership for a quote on my S430's value. I had no expectation of finding a replacement Mercedes that would meet our needs (we needed an SUV with towing and a powerful engine). S430's value. However, I was paired with Mr. Georgie--who listened--and then produced a 2010 GL 550! Mr. Georgie was very friendly, helpful, pleasant (never pushy), patient, and professional. I very much appreciated his demeanor, and never once felt pressured or rushed. My experience with Mr. Georgie was an A+++! We recently purchased a Mercedes E350. The first time we went in was just to look at the options (I had pretty much already decided on the E350). Do not attempt to purchase a vehicle from MB of Ontario. I just took delivery of my beautiful new CLS550 from another reputable dealer at an amazing price. My experience with Internet Manager, Joe Obrien I just took delivery of my beautiful new CLS550 from another reputable dealer at an amazing price. My experience with Internet Manager, Joe Obrien and GM Ray Burke was horrible. I initially contacted Internet Manager, Joe Obrien one week ago and told him I was a serious buyer and even gave him the specifics on the car I wanted. Joe's initial reaction was to try and sell me a more expensive car, as supposedly my car request did not exist. This wasn't true and I had to actually find the car at another dealer for him. Then Joe said he tried and tried and couldn't get my car with a dealer trade. This is also not true, as guess what I bought yesterday, the same car I provided to Joe and my new dealer got the dealer trade done in one hour! Then Joe, wouldn't even quote me a price over the internet as he kept trying to get me to come into the dealership and negotiate the old school way. Why is this man the alleged Internet Manager when he won't conduct business via the internet? I really wanted to do business with MB Ontario as it was the closest to my home, so I escalated the matter to GM Ray Burke. This didn't help as Ray couldn't get me the car and Ray refused to commit to even meet the price I had in writing from a nearby dealer. 6 days, 3 phone calls by me to them and 22 emails later and neither Ray or Joe would get me my car or commit to a price!! Meanwhile, I contact another MB dealer who secures the dealer trade for me in one hour, offers me a fantastic price via email and even completes all the paperwork via the internet. More
