He is super knowledgeable about not just Toyota but cars in general which made it easy for us to trust his judgment. He did a very good job with giving us the information we needed to make our choice. Of Also a follow up call from Marcus a few days after the sale. A lot of excellent help all around. I look forward to working with him in the future!! We love our new car! We will absolutely recommend visiting Marcus Martin and MERCEDES-BENZ OF ONTARIO to all of my friends and clients. I was not given enough reasons as to why that would be the case. I showed the representative similar tire on competitive website for my car, which was much less than what I was offered and still the representative did less to match it. He reduced I think around 10-20 dollars for me. Poor competitive service... 2) I have a discount card from Fletcher Jones for parts and I was told that it cannot be applied to this purchase. Why did you give me this card if I cannot use it for an expensive tire like the one I got? 3) I did get a car wash from the dealership because I am a preferred Fletcher Jones member but, repeatedly the car was unclean inside. I had to ask the valet guy couple of times so he can get it addressed. I am not sure why these programs are offered if customer cannot get the value out of it. I would rather not have them, then have them and feel that they don't work in the best interest of the customer. Overall, I think its a decent dealership but, there is no doubt I would think more than twice before going here again. More

My husband and I were looking for a SUV in the luxury segment and since we had some extra time and we happened to be in the area we decided to stop in and browse. Before visiting any dealership I had made up my mind to purchase a BMW and my husband was partial to the Audi. We had never considered purchasing a Mercedes Benz that was until we met Sean Bose. His level of knowledge, presentation and enthusiasm for the brand sold us a 100% on purchasing a Mercedes SUV and also a Mercedes sedan! I would like to convey that Sean Bose went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and special at the dealership, he is a valuable asset to the Fletcher Jones brand. More

We own two vehicles, S550 & GL450, and we have been more than satisfied...our expectations have been far exceeded with everything from the scheduling of service appointments and customer service of the more than satisfied...our expectations have been far exceeded with everything from the scheduling of service appointments and customer service of the greeters when you arrive to the ability to explain the details of service(s) being completed. We have found a standard of excellence in every aspect of the dealership from the front door to the cleaning crew that keep the facilities impeccably clean and comfortable. Amenities if you choose to wait for vehicle service are spot on and if you prefer to get in some shopping at Ontario Mills the staff will shuttle you over and back. The best part of our experience, Chris Hodgson, our service adviser. We recognize that customer service is a team effort but our Service Advisor, Chris Hodgson, is AWESOME! He is caring, genuine and informative. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Ontario and Chris for raising the bar and winning our business again and again! More

I went into the dealership to only see what was available in their certified pre-own stock. I had a budget in mind and felt that purchasing a luxury car was out of the question. From the start there was absolutely NO pressure from Bryan or Michael. They showed us what was available and asked if we wanted to test drive anything. Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and precisely answered all our questions. Once we decided to 'look at the numbers' we still did not feel pressured. I felt that if we said 'no thank you' and left, we still would have been treated courteously and they would have not been upset or rude, just welcomed us back when we were ready. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend anyone to visit Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. This is a classy establishment with classy, professional people. So happy I chose to purchase the vehicle and, when its time for a new one, will definitely be returning. More

I just purchased my Mercedes CLA from here last night and had one of the most memorable and pleasant car purchasing experiences ever. Most of the experience was due to the above and beyond service that my sa had one of the most memorable and pleasant car purchasing experiences ever. Most of the experience was due to the above and beyond service that my salesman Michael Georgie had provided. They had the best selection of CLA's in California and when I saw the one I wanted he worked with me and his Sales manager to get the best terms possible for me. They were straightforward yet accommodating and we were able to close the deal effortlessly. The delivery process was very memorable. They pulled my new car into their presentation bay and went over all the features of my car. They all stayed 3 hours past closing time for me and were happy to do so. Michael has just earned a lifetime customer here. More
