I must say that I have received this type of service from day one when the doors opened at Mercedes Benz of Ontario. During my most recent experience on April 19, 2014 I was greeted with a smile by Mr. Phillips. Based on our previous conversation regarding an upgrade from my than 2009 CLS 550, he had ready to test drive two cars, both of which were 2014 CLS 550's. After testing driving one of the vehicles and discussing possible options, I than decided I would go for it. Duane help to make this process as seamless as possible. I am happy to say I am now the proud owner of a 2014 CLS. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is what I received during this visit as well as all of the previous visits I have made. It is without question or hesitation that I recommend anyone considering the purchase of a Mercedes Benz to make there way to Mercedes Benz of Ontario. Sincerely, Shamon Alex More

My friend had purchased a vehicle from your dealership end of January and didn't have a great experience so I was skeptical. Rhonda reached out to me personally and asked me to give your dealership another chance, the person who helped my friend was no longer there and she would personally see we had exceptional service and she was right on. I worked with Taylor Bradford who got me into a great car with a great price. You didn't have the car I wanted there ( black on black) so one was brought from Orange County for me. I was given a loaner in the meantime so I didn't have to sit there and wait for the porter to come back with my car, which was great cause we had our kids. I think his name was Joe from service in the black uniform, he was most attentive coming by frequently offering us water, coffee and making sure we were alright while we waited. Marcus, we met when my friend purchased her car, he was training then but he was also helpful, friendly and gracious. All in all, your staff was very attentive not pushy like other dealerships and I felt like I walked out with a great deal. I had intended on purchasing a pre owned 2013 but walked out with a 2014 that has all the bells and whistles I can even begin to describe how much I just LOVE my new car!!! I am definitely coming back for a new one in two years and am referring my mom to get one here too in the next two weeks. More

I continue to be amazed at the quality of service I receive at the Ontario dealership. In making this third service trip out yesterday, I thought surely they cannot continue to exude such tremendous e receive at the Ontario dealership. I am happy to say again, I was not disappointed. Gerald Corona is my service adviser and I would have no one else. His knowledge, patience, friendliness, flexibility and true concern for the client is immeasurable and incomparable with other dealerships I have visited in the past. I'm still trying to figure out he manages to remember all service requests as I always throw in a "few surprises" at the end and he manages to have my car returned to me with every last detail attended to......wow. To the Ontario dealership, I say "I am here to stay", and hope to be in the market for a new car, perhaps next year. I was not given enough reasons as to why that would be the case. I showed the representative similar tire on competitive website for my car, which was much less than what I was offered and still the representative did less to match it. He reduced I think around 10-20 dollars for me. Poor competitive service... 2) I have a discount card from Fletcher Jones for parts and I was told that it cannot be applied to this purchase. Why did you give me this card if I cannot use it for an expensive tire like the one I got? 3) I did get a car wash from the dealership because I am a preferred Fletcher Jones member but, repeatedly the car was unclean inside. I had to ask the valet guy couple of times so he can get it addressed. I am not sure why these programs are offered if customer cannot get the value out of it. I would rather not have them, then have them and feel that they don't work in the best interest of the customer. Overall, I think its a decent dealership but, there is no doubt I would think more than twice before going here again. More

Before visiting any dealership I had made up my mind to purchase a BMW and my husband was partial to the Audi. We had never considered purchasing a Mercedes Benz that was until we met Sean Bose. His level of knowledge, presentation and enthusiasm for the brand sold us a 100% on purchasing a Mercedes SUV and also a Mercedes sedan! I would like to convey that Sean Bose went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and special at the dealership, he is a valuable asset to the Fletcher Jones brand. More
