Mrs. Romero, I read your account of what you claimed took place during your recent interaction with our dealership. I must start off by saying that I am truly disappointed that my personal actions as well as the actions of my team members were perceived in such a negative manner. I do not want to go back and forth into the details but will stand firmly on my statement I made to you that we will stand behind what we sold you. Unfortunately I cannot agree to the ultimatum that you presented to me nor can I accept responsibility for the fact that you are upset over a month later that you traded in a newer vehicle.
