I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT F DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! GO TO WALTERS MERCEDES OF RIVERSIDE FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM A CONTINUED MERCEDES OWNER! I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT FROM WALTERS BUT TRIED TO GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A CHANCE. I ALWAYS BUY TWO VEHICLES AT A TIME ABOUT EVERY 3 TO 5 YEARS. I BUY MY VEHICLES IN FULL AND USUALLY PAY ON ONE. I PURCHASED TWO VEHICLES HERE ON 6/22/14 IN THE TOTAL OF $82,419.27!!!! ONE OF THE VEHICLES WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CERTIFIED AND IN LESS THAN A MONTH I HAVE HAD TO BRING THE VEHICLE TWICE FOR BRAKE REPLACEMENTS! AND ENGINE LIGHT/ GAS ISSUES! I TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER TED MORENO AND SEE IF HE WOULD LET ME SPEND MORE MONEY HERE TO JUST UPGRADE TO A VEHICLE THAT HAS NO ISSUES AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT AND ITS MY PROBLEM! AND THAT THE ONLY WAY HE WOULD TAKE THE CAR I BOUGHT FROM HIM LESS THAN A MONTH AGO WOULD BE IF I TOOK A LOSS OF $5000!!!!! AFTER I JUST PURCHASED TWO VEHICLES HERE AND WAS WILLING TO SPEND ANOTHER $10,000 TO UPGRADE!!!!!! EVEN WHEN I WENT TO DEALERSHIP THEY HAD ANOTHER NEW MANAGER NAMED AYDA SPEAK WITH ME AND HE ACTUALLY SLAMMED HIS HANDS AND RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME AND TOLD ME WHAT DO I WANT FROM HIM!!! THAT I WASNT TELLING HIM WHAT I NEEDED!! I HAVE NEVERRRRRRRR BEEN SO DISRESPECTED FROM A MERCEDES COMPANY UNTIL NOW!! I KNOW SEVERAL BUSINESS OWNERS AND CITY MANAGERS AND WILL MAKE SURE I SPREAD THE WORD ON MERCEDES OF ONTARIO!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING WALTERS MERCEDES OF RIVERSIDE AND WILL TRADE IN THE GARBAGE VEHICLE THAT MERCEDES OF ONTARIO SOLD ME!!!!! READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE AND SEE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS A CONSTANT ISSUE!!! THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HAVING RETURNING VALUED CUSTOMERS!!! THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE THEIR QUOTA!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY HERE!! I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW IN MY LIFE BUT I FEEL OBLIGATED TO WARN MY FELLOW MERCEDES OWNERS AND BUYERS ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!
