Dennis Veals....Simply Awesome! I spoke to Dennis the day before to schedule an appointment. I'd done my research and was interested in a particular car on the Mercedes Benz Ontario I spoke to Dennis the day before to schedule an appointment. I'd done my research and was interested in a particular car on the Mercedes Benz Ontario website and we discussed the vehicle in detail. Dennis was very informed, and prepared as we discussed the vehicle and finance options, and it was at that point I knew I was in good hands! We scheduled a time to meet the next day and I was most impressed by how Dennis greeted me with a handshake, which for me got the transition off to a great start! This may sound small, but I'm a stickler for respect and great customer service. Throughout my interacting with Dennis I found him, professional, patient, articulate, and on point. After my visit with finance Dennis walked me through the features of my vehicle with great patience and knowledge. I will definitely refer friends and family to Dennis and Mercedes Benz Ontario. Attendant greets you right away as soon as you enter the service area and directs you to a Service Advisor (CJ my SA is great) ... very high-tech, taking pix of your car from their handheld gadgets....if you want to wait for your car, no problem, waiting area is like a lobby hotel!
