Purchased a vehicle and not even 30 days later had issues. I purchased an extended warranty but when I called I was told they don't work on my vehicle and I'd have to find another dealership. Then had issues with getting anything approved under the warranty. Had to call and go to thw dealership to try to resolve. They were no help at all. Almost 2 months later and Mercedes has been no help and giving me the runaround. H&H Jeep has stepped in and stepped up and my vehicle is finally getting fixed and is covered by the warranty. More
Our purchasing process was very good and everything went smoothly. Our recent scheduled service was very poor. 9 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and general maintenance service is unacceptable. Dropped the vehicle off at 7:00 AM even though the service appointment wasn’t until 9:00 AM. Stopped by at 1:00 PM thinking I could pick the vehicle up. It wasn’t done nor had it even been in the shop yet. We were finally able to pick up the vehicle at 4:30 PM. I am inclined to believe I was taken advantage of. The added fees attached to the service invoice are excessive (environmental). We normally stay with the same dealership we purchase from for all our services although the recent services experience is very disheartening More

I have paid all of my bills on time for the 5 different Mercedes that I have had serviced there. My credit is excellent. The dealership has required me to prepay thousand of dollars for parts and tires tha Mercedes that I have had serviced there. My credit is excellent. The dealership has required me to prepay thousand of dollars for parts and tires that my Mercedes with 17,000 miles needs that have been on back order for weeks and still counting. Perhaps the dealership is struggling with having enough working capital to run the operation. I feel this policy cheapens the Mercedes brand. More
