Mercedes Benz of Omaha is a great dealership. We have purchased four vehicles from them. They are extremely helpful and always eager to answer any questions. They have a very positive outlook. I had just been to a different dealership in Omaha before going to Mercedes Benz of Omaha and when I arrived, I told them what I felt my options were and after talking to them for only a minute or so, I knew I would stay with Mercedes and felt comfortable that if I ever had a problem or a question there would never be any hesitation from them to help me. Even if that means I call from Vancouver, Canada and have to have Ryan tell me step by step how to change my spedometer into kilometers! He also went over all of the options in the car for me, offered to come to my house to help with programming the garage door and made sure I had his card in my car if I ever needed help with anything. MB of Omaha is a great dealership that I feel 100% comfortable with, they know my whole family and we have only ever experienced great service! More
