Darin listened to what we were looking for and what we needed and came through on a great deal on a used Mercedes. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the whole car with us. Whenever we have had any questions, he is always there to answer them. Darin goes beyond the call of duty by doing extra things like keeping our kids occupied while we signed papers or giving my husband a call on his birthday. Darin is very professional and extremely courteous and always willing to help out in any way. What also was very impressive to us is that Darin calls just to make sure everything is going good with the car and with us. I tend to ask a million questions when I am making a purch I have ever had. Zach was very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. I tend to ask a million questions when I am making a purchase, and he was very very patient with me, explained every option on the vehicle to me, also let me test thrive the car (C300 4MATIC) multiple times. I also had a lot of questions about financing, and options on the car and yet he was very helpful with those as well. Pricing/deals were great at the dealership. They had many flexible options for leases. Zach, again was great showing me different rates and different mileage options. James Drake, the General Manager, made me an awesome deal on the vehicle, I don't think I could get such a deal from anywhere else. Both Zach and James were great in terms of making a customer happy. The car itself is simply stunning. If you are in the market for a Benz, you are already aware of this fact.
