Came in to get an oil change—-ran a diagnostic and informed me my brakes were completely shot. I had know idea. A service light had been on but I just assumed oil change. Worst experience ever! ! Surprising how they stay afloat with such subpar service department. Had a part broken under warranty and they refused to change it until I conta ! They were told to proceed under warranty. First service person said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the part and would contact me when ready. 8 weeks later I call back and turns out he is no longer employed there; a shame because Chis was a good rep. I was referred to Liam. Had to explain everything from the beginning, still wanted me to pay for the part until he finally read the notes. He said he was going to order the part; this time to take about 2-4 weeks to get in. 6 weeks later I call in, just to find out that there are no parts in order. But they will REALLY order it this time, then they tell me I have to pay for the part and installation. I lost it this time. They find Liam again who, after having to explain the deal all over, assures the part is going to be ordered, just to let him know when I could bring the vehicle in so they could have the part ready. I cleared the schedule and called a week later, arrange the warranty service plus other maintenance for a few weeks later. A day after I leave the car, another representative called me with an estimate that included (you guessed it) parts and labor charge for the warranted item!!! And it was going to take a couple of days to order the parts and get them in. Even to the last minute when I paid, I looked over the service printouts and see that one of the discounts we talked on the phone is not shown. The rep goes about and includes it, I pay the bill but when I get home and recheck… they gave me half of my worksheet along with another half of someone else’s repair! What a joke! Haven’t seen more clowns since Barnum and Bailey circus left Omaha in 2015. Would NOT recommend this dealership for service. It’s a shame because the cars are good, the mechanics are good but their service department is digging a hole under their feet. Rather go to Des Moines and get service there, make a vacation out of it. Letting my followers know about this too. Get yourself another car brand so you can skip this dealership! Setting a medical appointment tomorrow for stress and elevated pressure then calling my lawyer. More
