Tire Problem I was on my way to the gym when the information center in the car let me know that my left front tire was rapidly losing pressure. I made it to the guy, called EMBRACE which sent a truck to take the car to the dealership. Since I had purchased a new set of tires at the dealership within the past month, I was relieved that the dealership immediately replaced my damaged tire with a new one and had the car ready to go in under 2 hours. No drama, no problems, just honored their commitment and took care of the problem. It is such a pleasure when things work the way they are supposed to work. More

Excellent first service visit We just moved to Oklahoma from Texas. Our regular B service was due and it was easy to make a convenient appointment with Mercedes of OKC. Upon arrival, Brenden made the process efficient and productive. While I waited in the comfortable and well-appointed customer area, all required services were completed in less than 2 hours. Excellent Service Department Experience! I noticed that I had a recall on my Mercedes and had overlooked it. I called Nicholas Bankston in the service department and he was able to get me in I noticed that I had a recall on my Mercedes and had overlooked it. I called Nicholas Bankston in the service department and he was able to get me in exactly when I needed to, early morning, and set me up with a courtesy vehicle. The whole experience was quick, efficient, and overall excellent. I had my puppy with me that day and was greeted by and had many great conversations with members of the service department, I was asked many times if I would like a beverage and was given a place to sit while I waited on my courtesy vehicle. Nick helped carry my bags and also ran one out to me when I forgot it on the way out! They were also able to squeeze in my oil change since it was due soon in order to save me a second trip. The individual who helped me get my courtesy vehicle was quick, even on such a busy Monday morning. My car was finished well before 5 and was washed and vacuumed! The entire experience was a breeze and I am always impressed by the staff at Mercedes OKC! More
Better than previous experiences I have had a continuous issue with my car starting. I've bought my car into the dealership on 4 different occasions to fix the problem. Each time I was given a different reason for the issue. So needless to say that I am not always happy with the service that has been provided. Brenden Brown has been a great Service Provider. He always takes it upon himself to vehemently apologize for my inconveniences. Also, the 1st person you encounter as you drive in should always set the Standard of the company. There is one gentleman who is not so friendly. He acts as if it he is being inconvenienced. More

From our sales rep Jason Kinder, through financing with Brooke Eixenberger and Jessica in the service department that completed the add-ons to our new purchase I couldn't be more pleased. Give them a try and let them show you its time to let go of old opinions. More
