When I had a blowout on I 35, after contacting MBrace and being put on hold for road service - who NEVER picked up, I texted Mrs. Malone to let her know I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and stranded on the shoulder of I 35, she not only contacted local road assistance, but came and allowed me to sit in her vehicle while I waited. That is truly customer service! Thank you! Whenever I visit the dealership, from the time I drive up, I am greeted with friendly smiles! Whatever service I need, it is done with expertise and timeliness. I feel the prices are fair and, again, the customer service is outstanding! Never found the problem I took my car in to figure out why it was rough idling. It was there for about 3 weeks and I never could get an answer. They told me it was something I took my car in to figure out why it was rough idling. It was there for about 3 weeks and I never could get an answer. They told me it was something with the exhaust system and would probably end up costing more than the car is worth to fix and they couldn’t guarantee that was exactly the problem. So I took it home and sold for really cheap, taking a huge loss on it, the guy who bought it from me changed the O2 censor and now it runs perfect so I just sold a good car for nothing. More
