No one avoids you so that you so that there is someone always checking I haven’t experienced an anything like this dealership. The folks are friendly. Great experience I could not have been any more pleased with the service from your team. I was driving a relativity new RV cross country when the power steering sudden I could not have been any more pleased with the service from your team. I was driving a relativity new RV cross country when the power steering suddenly went out. After a tow-in from the MB Service Call Center I spent the night in my camper on the lot. Your advisor, Marlenea continued to check in with me on my cell long after the dealership closed to make sure I had arrived. She even suggested I be dropped off under the tents as a hail storm was expected and I had solar panels on the roof. I was ushered in first thing the following morning and Paul immediately saw the problem. All it was was a loose hose and I was on the road in about an hour. I am not real happy that MB apparently knew this was an issue and the problem could have been avoided by an advance recall notice, I was very pleased with the way the problem was resolved however. I could not have been any happier with the attention paid to my situation and felt that this event could be used as a model for exceptional customer service. Driving a RV cross county can cause anxiety but this problem was quickly resolved to my upmost satisfaction. You have exceptional staff with Marlena and Paul and please thank them again for me. More
