Issues I bought my car end of April and only have been able to drive it maybe 2 weeks. It has been in for service weeks at a time. Thank goodness for it being certified and still under warranty! Had it not this would be a 1 star rating. Just picked my car up from service last week and none of the issues I took it in for are fixed. They thought they fixed them as the 4 other times it’s been in so I will be dropping it back off and hopefully they will fix the issues. It’s not easy making a car payment on a car you haven’t been able to drive. More
Took great care of me I ran over a huge nail a few Saturdays ago and knew I needed to get it handled quickly. I immediately called MBOKC. They had the right tire in stock and told me to come on in. Unfortunately the tire didn’t last all the way, but MB roadside assistance sent a flatbed trailer to take me the last mile. The staff at the dealership took excellent care of me and the car. It was fast and reasonably priced. To boot, the waiting area was very nice and I love the complimentary car wash. More
Trunk lock set failure. I arrived at the appointment time and Michael determined that the lock set on my 2011 ML350, had failed. Excellent Service on my SLK I took my SLK350 in for routine service. During the inspection some other issues were found which I had to turn claim into my insurance company. Georg I took my SLK350 in for routine service. During the inspection some other issues were found which I had to turn claim into my insurance company. George Nicholson was great, he worked with me on the regular service which was more than routine oil change and arranged a loaner vehicle. George also worked with the insurance adjuster on the claim, ordered the parts and arranged a loaner vehicle for me during the insurance claim repairs. Frank Charles provided great customer service on my loaner vehicle. I actually loved the GLA and will consider it when my husband replaces his current SUV. George has been my service advisor for years and always provides the best customer service. Also loved the new location! More

"It just doesn't get any better!" I had an insurance claim for damage to the front underside of the car. Farmers insurance told me that they prefer that I work with one of their body I had an insurance claim for damage to the front underside of the car. Farmers insurance told me that they prefer that I work with one of their body shops to complete the repair. I brought the car into Mercedes for 2 other minor warranty issues. Mercedes Service gave me a loaner car and at no point tried to force my insurance claim through their department.(though I would have preferred it). I am now sitting in my office waiting for my car to be completed knowing full well that Mercedes Service would have completed it days ago. Thanks! More

Seat Belt Recall I live 250 miles plus from the MB Dealership, in Oklahoma City, so I had called two closer dealerships, to take care, of the seat belt recall, none o I live 250 miles plus from the MB Dealership, in Oklahoma City, so I had called two closer dealerships, to take care, of the seat belt recall, none of them wanted to do the recall. When I called the Oklahoma City dealer, Marlena, was very pleasant and made an appointment, for me. On the scheduled day, for repair, I arrived 20 minutes early and work was started immediately. Marlena took us into lounge area and showed us drinks and snacks. She said it would take 3-4 hours, the job was complete in 3 hours. I couldn’t be more pleased, the service department is well organized and makes you feel like it’s an honor to work on your vehicle. Everyone we encountered spoke to us and ask if we needed help and when we told them we were having our van serviced, they thanked us for being there. A GREAT DEALERSHIP, THAT APPEARS THAT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE ON SAME PAGE. More
