Even though I decided not to purchase their vehicle due to being out of state, distance, and needing a car rather quickly, it does not discredit the amount of time both provided me as they maintained one goal "we will make this happen for you" that I can genuinely tell you I received. Again, my only reason for not purchasing the car they had and wanted due to my distance from their dealership, and given that my car was totaled, I had to decide which way to go rather quickly. I have owned six Mercedes with many Mercedes dealerships in various states, so yes, I know we could have made this work given I needed the car today was not realistic or that car would be on the car carrier if I had the time to wait. Thank you!
