I took my Mercedes for tire stem cab replacement (very simple and quick thing). I arrived at 8 AM when they told me that their staff have a meeting but they will look at it in a few. I waited for 45 min before I asked again about my car when they told will be done soon. At 9 I checked again and found out they have not even started. This when I asked them to pull my car and I must leave and do not need it fixed any more. The lady said "Fine" and will pull it out. Guess what? Another 20 mins just to pull my car out. During all this time and the lady never even kept me in the loop while in the customer waiting room. Complete ignorance of the value of their customers' time. The shocking thing is that they never called and offered an apology after I left upset and without fixing my car. The more shocking thing is that when I called and tried to complain, the service supervisor was very defensive and said that he knew about my story but there are millions of things he needs to take care of!!!!! My recommendation, take your Mercedes and business some where else. You are driving Mercedes and paying big $$$$ for your service, so you should NOT receive nothing but an excellent service. Maybe using a word like crabby is a bit harsh and it is but their customer service really very bad. To be fair, I leased 4 brand new Mercedes in the last three year and I did not experience such a bad customer service with their Sales team. I think it all starts from the top. It all starts with the dealership owner. They are the ones who always set the tone for any dealership and without a strong leader, their service department will not provide the excellent customer service Mercedes owners deserve. More

Excellen car, but the service offered here was the worst. <br>A few months in to having this car, It had a minor electrical problem, claiming that they did not have the part dealrexxxx tried to keep the car with them over the long weekend, would not provide a loner as promised at the time of sale, had to argue with them for hafl hour and the car was fixed.<br><br>when I went to turn in the car, the guy actually gave me a screwdriver and asked me to take the plates off the car and stood by me while I was taking off the plates.<br> More
