For 30+ years I've had luxury vehicles (e. g., Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Porsche, etc) and have never seen a worse service than at Mercedes of Novi. Just had my S Class serviced and it was in the g., Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Porsche, etc) and have never seen a worse service than at Mercedes of Novi. Just had my S Class serviced and it was in the shop for one month! For a very minor seat repair. Communication was non existent, no appologies, and it took a week for the service manager (Jon) to call me after requesting some better understanding of why it would take this long and Mercedes would leave a repeat loyal customer without a vehicle or explanation for weeks! Never use Mercedes of Novi for any service work. More

This is the worst dealership in entire Michigan. The customers are not greeted by anyone. Also, once the car is sold, the dealership will stop responding to your calls. Words can not express my graditute for the good folks at Mercedes-Benz of Novi. From the operator (Rose) who took my call and determined the best person to speak to regaurding my mothers vehical, to the loc Mercedes-Benz of Novi. From the operator (Rose) who took my call and determined the best person to speak to regaurding my mothers vehical, to the location Manager who patiently listened to my concerns, followed up by the service Manager who was absolutely the key to this stories success and lastly, the used Mercedes-Benz sales individual that made my life and my mothers life a dream come true. Here's the readers diegest verson of my mind blowing experience with people who love thier jobs, care about thier company to go the extra mile, and who are devoted to thier loyal customers well being, safety and happiness. My mother's 20 year old Mercedes SUV died last week, she didn't know that though because the service department wanted to make her happy by trying to fix it. When I got a frantic call at work from my mother explaining what was going on, I knew, I knew right then something had to be done and done right. So I called Mercedes-Benz of Novi and introduced myself as my mother''s daughter and how I needed help with my mothers car after learning that it had turned into a dead vehical and too dangerious to drive. Everyone I spoke to, listened, shared their thoughts, helped me form a plan to right the situation and also helped me spring into action. Each person said the same thing," I would not let my mother nor my grandmother drive that vehicle anymore", "Its too dangerious". I felt the same way whole heartedly. So within 24 hrs, my mother stepped into a used 2020 Mercedes-Benz, because nothing compares to a Mercedes in my mothers eyes and nothing drives like one either. It's shiny silver, just like my mother likes things......Shiney, it drives like a dream, it's got a warrenty, it's got all the bells and whistles and the good people of Mercedes-Benz of Novi took the time to teach my 75yr old mother tips and tricks of the car. The extra care the sales guy (Mr.Wheeler) took to get my mother, be sure her extra key went back to the valet at her apartment complex, took car of everything from plate transfer, to payment plan, to staying in contact with me the whole time. All of these things made me feel, loved, well taken care of and most importantly made my mother (who has owned a Mercedes for 20 plus years) like she had a whole community looking out for her best interest. I have never felt this way about a car dealership before and it's people who work there, and I do now, THANK YOU Mercedes-Benz of Novi from the bottom of my heart! More
