Noor was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the differences between the cars I was considering. After I decided on the model and then the color she did not have it on her lot but researched and lo differences between the cars I was considering. (She probably does this with all her customers). Having the late hours on Monday and the week-end hours gave us the opportunity to take our time and not feel rushed. I absolutely love my C300. I have never driven a Mercedes before so I wasn't sure what would be a good fit for me. Kimberly suggested the C300 4matic Sports Sedan. Noor is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and patient sales person I have ever encountered. From the very start she was exceptionally friendly and made me and my daughter feel comfortalbe and almost like sales person I have ever encountered.
