Andrew Coppola in the service department was very helpful. I have a S580 and he showed me how to function my heated steering wheel and how to turn my interior lights off when the doors are open. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !! 2022 transit van with less than 8000 miles. Check engine light on, won't go over 60mph. I bought it for a brand new business, so this could be !! 2022 transit van with less than 8000 miles. Check engine light on, won't go over 60mph. I bought it for a brand new business, so this could be fatal. They cannot service it until late November. about 6 weeks!!! Services under warranty might get the least attention!!! The service department further told me they may have it for 3 weeks!!! HORRIBLE!! More
