First Mercedes Purchase Experience My first Mercedes purchase was a great experience since I had a great salesperson, Noor Kalasho, who was very helpful throughout the sales process. Noor is very passionate about the Mercedes product and knows her stuff when it comes to the features and functions of the vehicle. I had two test drives with Noor and she pointed out all of the key features of the vehicle and addressed all of my questions. When it was time to purchase my vehicle to complete the process, Noor's enthusiasm was over the top and she was so excited about the reveal of the car which shocked me since I never had a car gift wrapped with a bow. Noor even took pictures and video of my experience as I was about to take my vehicle off the lot. My only challenge with my vehicle purchase was that my check for my trade-in was not ready when I purchased the vehicle, but this was mainly due to a scheduling issue with the manager not being on-site to sign the check early enough for it to get processed. However, Noor ensured me that I would get the check soon and she was right and she earned my trust. I would highly recommend you ask for Noor if you are planning on visiting Mercedes-Benz of Novi to purchase or lease a new vehicle. I was so impressed with Noor that I even named my car after her, so now I have two Noors. LOL. Excellent job Noor, you ROCK!!! More
