The owner, Lee Ghesquiere, was very accessible and made sure the entire process was exceptional. I feel like I'm part of the family. The delivery process was like is an experience everyone should be a part of at least once in their lifetime. There was even a chocolate mint waiting for me on the center console :) And, of course, the quality of the vehicle is exceptional. I didn't purchase a new vehicle, but I'm looking forward to buying my 1st new Mercedes Benz in a couple of years. Meanwhile, this 4 year old C Class drives like a brand new vehicle. More

Bringing home a New 2018 E400 Coupe It's always a real pleasure to work with Kimberly. Also her knowledge of the Mercedes line of accessories is extremely helpful because I'm no tech genius. With all the gadgets on the cars now days it was very helpful to me when on the day of delivery she sent me an email with all kinds of links to videos that I could use to review what Kimberly told us about the car at the dealership. After 3 CLS 550 in a row we decided to try something different. We leased a E 400 coupe and I'm so glad we did I just love the car. I will say that with every CLS550 I bought people would go out of their way to tell me how they thought the car was beautiful. The ultimate was when I was parking one day an 85 year old man got out of his car an yelled to me "Hey wait a second' He came over to me and said an I quote" You have got one bad xxx car there" So now the E 400 has got a lot to live up too and I think it will already had a couple of men standing next to the car when I picked it up say "It's beautiful" Thanks again Kimberly More

Grade A Experience with Craig Astrein I purchased my 1st Mercedes on July 11, 2017, and I must say that the quality of Customer Service that I was given from Craig Astrein was by far the b I purchased my 1st Mercedes on July 11, 2017, and I must say that the quality of Customer Service that I was given from Craig Astrein was by far the best service that I experienced with any Car Sales Consultant. He was helpful, patient, attentive, polite, and professional. He assisted my husband and I with all questions and has since followed up to ensure that we are happy and comfortable with our purchase. I am very pleased with Craig and we plan to buy from him in the future. We didn't allow our poor and rude service from Eric Wheeler to deter us. He was unhelpful, unprofessional, nonchalant, and seemed to not want us there. He over talked us, and didn't even bother to walk us outside to look at the vehicle of our choice...just handed us the keys and pointed in the direction of where the car was parked. Never experienced a saleman so terrible. We left his table to leave to go back to purchase the car from Mercedes in Bloomfield (as our sales person there was very polite) but then remembered that on our way out, Craig spoke and asked if we needed any help. So we decided to come back in and ask Craig to help. Kudos to you for having employees like Craig, because with salemen like Mr. Wheeler, you may lose a lot of possible dedicated and determined customers. More
