Horrible Experience Beyond Initial Purchase (UPDATE) My saleswoman was attentive, and personable during the sales process. The purchasing process was a dream quite honestly. It was the post-tra (UPDATE) My saleswoman was attentive, and personable during the sales process. The purchasing process was a dream quite honestly. It was the post-transaction service that would prohibit me from ever doing business with this dealership or even referring anyone here. Trying to get her to answer one, ONE, question was impossible. She would fast talk and deflect and postpone answering me without ever actually doing it. Notably, she was attentive and responsive when she was following up with me to ensure that I gave her a 5 star rating, but when it came to answering my one question, she was both uninformed and unresponsive. She didn't assist with returning my old vehicle, leaving me to figure out how to get a car without a plate (the plate had been transferred to my new car) to another dealership, she also swore to me that my vehicle's fluids and maintenance were up to standard, but less than a month later I needed windshield wiper fluid, and less than 3 months later, I'm receiving a notice that my car needs service. I also had to set up Mbrace and Mercedes me account by myself, which took 4 days because of a glitch in the technology. The Mbrace representative actually asked if my salesperson had explained the setup or features and indicated that that was standard procedure, but I guess not for my saleswoman. I feel duped I'm left feeling that if I ever have questions or need any assistance with this car, I have nowhere turn. A couple of weeks after this experience with Novi Mercedes, we purchased a car from another dealer with a different manufacturer and that saleswoman not only returned our old vehicle, set up the in car concierge system, she even scheduled our first maintenance appointment reminder for us. The experiences were night and day. I'm not sure if this salesperson is the issue, or if poor service is simply the Mercedes culture. Either way, I won't be back to Novi. I'm leaving my initial 5 star post below so that the transition from great to horrible can be read. (INITIAL POST) I wasn't planning on actually making a decision the day I visited the Novi dealership. I was more or less window-shopping. However, the offer on the vehicle and the service from my saleswoman, Noor Kalasho, made the decision to buy irresistible. The process was lightening fast and smooth with approximately a 2 hour turn around time from walking in the door to finalizing the purchase. I absolutely love my new E300 and am thrilled that I made the decision to visit Novi Mercedes. More

The owner, Lee Ghesquiere, was very accessible and made sure the entire process was exceptional. I feel like I'm part of the family. The delivery process was like is an experience everyone should be a part of at least once in their lifetime. There was even a chocolate mint waiting for me on the center console :) And, of course, the quality of the vehicle is exceptional.
