Horrible experience at lease turn in . Greeted by salesman, Craig Asstrain who was very friendly and willing to help until he found out that we were turning in our leased vehicle in favor . Greeted by salesman, Craig Asstrain who was very friendly and willing to help until he found out that we were turning in our leased vehicle in favor of a Lexus. After that we saw a complete attitude shift. He nit picked everything he could and made us pay for a $200 oil change that he said was due on the vehicle. One of the most preposterous things I have ever heard... being required to pay for and conduct an oil change on a vehicle we were turning in??? Shouldn’t that be Mercedes responsibility? Way to stick it to your loyal customers Mercedes Benz of Novi and Craig, who must have forgot that he sold us the Mercedes Benz we had before this one. Never again will you get an ounce of our loyalty. Your business practices are horrible. More
