This dealership is just like 99% of them now. They only focus on the biggest margins they can from initial pricing. No thought of buying or leasing another after this ONE potential sale. They basically test to see if the potential buyer is educated on the car they choose with highly overpriced cars. I’d encourage people not to buy here and continue shopping elsewhere. They insist their pricing is “Market based” however it’s just a number they WANT instead of being market or even fair. They have high fees on for admin which at zero cost to the dealership. The used market as well as new has substantially changed and they aren’t depreciating the used ones properly in an afford not to lose money on cars they overpaid for months ago. That’s why they have so many cars sitting on the lot for over 90 days. They are overpriced. Don’t believe anything they say. They are actively looking for uneducated or lazy buyers who will pay their exorbitant prices More

I had an excellent experience with MBNO. I took my vehicle in on a Monday and Dave helped me with all my questions. He followed up with me and returned my calls in a very prompt manner. The process to pick up our new vehicle took over 3 hours. We had an appointment at 5pm, and we were not filling out the paperwork until after 7pm. The assistant manager (Dave) kept me informed. The computer system link for Mercedes pro recalls was down. He was able to get us in on the third consecutive day. Mercedes having their recall computer system down is inconsistent with my past experience, as the appointment was made two months prior for systems recall. I have a Tiffin Wayfarer motor home. More
