In March 2021, I purchased two Mercedes Benz (a G-63 wagon and an SL-450) from Ryan Isbaih, sales representative at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando. Ryan is the best sales rep I have dealt with in my 55 years' experience purchasing cars. Here's why: Ryan scores the highest marks for his low-to-no pressure sales approach combined with his abundant product knowledge. His low key, friendly nature put me at ease and his extensive product knowledge resulted in my respect for and trust in him as a partner in this venture. In the few instances when Ryan did not have an immediate answer to my question, he said he would do the research and get back to me with the information I needed - and he did, in a timely manner! Ryan is very reliable. He was always on-time for appointments; he kept me informed of all developments; and he followed thru on all matters - he always did what he said he would do - and he did it well. Ryan works very effectively with the staff at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando. He assisted me with the trade-in of my personal vehicles and ensured that I received a good value for these trade-ins (he got me a better deal than another dealership offered). Ryan also introduced me to service personal who instructed me on vehicle operation, safety, instrument panel and equipment details. First Class support and assistance! Ryan also has a very good relationship with the senior management at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando. Ryan facilitated all of my meetings with the senior management team and Ryan's behind-the-scenes preparation, and his support and advice were key to ensuring I had a positive overall experience with the entire Mercedes Benz of North Orlando team! It took almost three weeks for me to try and get in touch with my original advisor Christal Etzold who assisted with my service in March after promising she would fit me in because my work hours were during with my original advisor Christal Etzold who assisted with my service in March after promising she would fit me in because my work hours were during the day, I finally had to take off work on a Saturday and had to work with a different advisor because Christal Etzold just wouldn't return my calls about scheduling an appointment. I would call and she say she's going to call me back but to this day I still haven't gotten a call from Christal Etzold. I finally get an appoint and make it to the dealership at 7:30 and because the system was down I have to wait 3 and a half hours for the the system to come up. Because I couldn't reschedule due to work I had to suck it up and wait. I replaced both valve cover gaskets with this dealership which was causing my car to smoke and after getting it fixed I noticed that its slightly smoking again, I haven't had time to take it back to have them access the situation because of work of course. I only drive when absolutely necessary to do so. I do want to say they had an amazing rep there by the name of Carlton who was a great asset to the company and I also have to say Mike the manager from service made sure I had my part when I arrived both times, and also had great customer service, as well as the last advisor I don't remember her name she tried her best I guess. More

My sales person Jordan, lied about the appearance protection warranty in order to get a sale. He said work was done on my car's paint to seal it but it hasn't. One Star Rating is One TOO MUCH!!! I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles my entire life and have had them exclusively serviced at several different MB dealerships across a few different states. My recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando was, hands down, the worst and most frustrating experiences ever. My “service advisor” (whose title should be Schlemiel), Tom Welch, was less than incompetent, when I could actually get ahold of him. After countless calls, emails, and requests by other employees to respond to me, I finally found out he was taking a completely inappropriate approach at servicing my SL. I spoke with the dealer’s General Manager, Walt Nobody, and it became abundantly clear the incompetence, lack of basic customer service skills, and ineptitude comes from leadership and filters down. So sorry I wasted over three weeks with this dump and implore anyone else reading this review to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately Mercedes-Benz of Orlando (also owned by AutoNation) and Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando (so large they are unable to manage it effectively) are awful alternatives too. I found a not to distant dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach, is the perfect alternative for the expertise and white glove service that true Mercedes owners have come to expect. More
