Incredible service I went into MBNO in the interest of a 2015 GL350 they had on their lot. I met a sales consultant by the name of Sam Marawan. I explained that I really did not have a lot of time available to me and he was very courteous to my time limits. He showed me the vehicle and offered a test drive. I did not have the time, but knowing MBNO's reputation for certifying their vehicles, I told Sam I did not need to drive it to know it was a quality vehicle. We talked financing and a possible trade in of the Cl350 I owned and agreed on my purchasing the GL350 . He explained that if I could squeeze 45 minutes of my time into their preparations, I could drive the vehicle home today. He was a man of his word and the Business Manager. Jesse Lee ,quickly and thoroughly explained every phase of the financing. I have worked for another automaker for 43 years before retiring, and never found any of their dealers to be as professional. Always exceeding expectations My recent purchase with Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted was my second purchase. The expectation was set so high during my first purchase that I had to return, and I wasn't disappointed. I started working with Shawn in April, looking for the right pre owned Mercedes for my wife. We chose pre owned because of the incredible warrantee and the manner in which the dealership handled every servicing of our first vihicle during ownership. (We had our service done at the new car dealership, not the pre owned dealership). I'm telling you, purchasing a vehicle from this auto group is unlike any "used car salesman" experience you have ever encountered. I wouldn't even put these guys in the same category as used care salesman. Shawn was tentative but not overly percistant. Respectful, kind, relatable, and enjoyable to work with. I really felt a genuine sense that Shawn had my best interest in mind - finding the right pre owned Mercedes for my wife. We began the search in April and didn't make the purchase until July. I wasn't in the dealership every week, but I continually checked their website for new inventory. I'd text Shawn and he'd check out the vehicle for me. He'd text me back letting me know if he felt it was a good fit for what we needed in terms of vehicle and budget. Finally, I thought we found "the one". I stopped in, took a look at it, and it was not "the one". We walked the lot and pulled keys for 1/2 dozen other vehicles. I felt a bit embarrassed, as if I were running poor Shawn through the ri get, but Shawn never expressed anything more than patience and an overwhelming willingness to help. That day we finnaly found the vehicle we were looking for. A 2015 MK 350. Again, I have no hessitations purchasing a 2 year old vehicle with a few miles on it because of the unlimited mile warrantee that comes with the vehicle (and I recommend our purchasing the extended warrantee). I say this because I made a couple of minor warrantee repairs on the first vehicle I purchased and the service was incredible. Far exceeded my expectations. Anyway, Shawn had my new ride cleaned up and pulled around by the time the paperwork was signed. I couldn't be more pleased. I have a 4 star rating for finance, not because Jesse was unpleasant. Actually, he's a really nice guy, fellow Army get and very knowledgeable. He got me a good interest rate and advised me on options we had to get it even lower. The 4 out of 5 stars is because there were 5 inquiries on my credit report for this purchase. I know we have to shop around for rates, but already having one vehicle financed through Mercedes-Benz I guess I just assumed we'd call them and it would be done. Not a show stopper though. And it wouldn't keep me from purchasing another vehicle from these guys, or from referring anyone else. Just be sure you let them know up front if you don't want multiple credit inquiries. More
