Worst manager ever!!! Purchased a s560 from out of town, had it delivered and the first day it had vibration! Dealer said it was from tires and was up to this dealer to replace them!! What kind of customer service, morals, or ethics do they have?? The car was a 70,000 dollar car!! Will never purchase from here! BEWARE!!! More

In short, Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is hands down the best car buying experience - EVER. I'll recommend this dealership, without any misgivings to every friend and family member I know. Over the years I've purchased Chevy's, Fords, Chryslers, Toyotas, Hondas, Jeeps, GMC's, Hyundai''s, Harleys, and so on. It was always the same thing each time, they get you in, waste your time for hours by letting you sit at the salesman's desk, who can never actually make a deal, as they have to check with the manager. Then after haggling all day, aggravation setting in, staring at their mathsheets to find buried dollars, you're forced to walk of the dealership in order to get the price you feel was reasonable. My last vehicle purchase in 2016 (Ford) I went through it again, walked out over a lousy $800 on a 50K vehicle. The GM called the next day and the deal was made, as long as I promised to give them all excellent ratings on their survey. Working with dealerships was comparable to going to the dentist. I assumed this was the normal course of business, after all I've never encountered anything else until now. My review of MBNO is an honest take on what happened to me and I was never asked to give them all tens on any survey. Honestly, never have I been treated with such respect, professionalism and sincerity when buying a car, and I didn't even buy new, I bought a used GLC 300. From our greeting at the door by MaKayla Martin and I didn't catch the other girls name, our salesman Shawn Blum (awesome) to the Product Specialist, Samantha Behringer (Mercedes gadgetry expert) and Steve Aylward our finance guy. They are all such professionals, it was a pleasure dealing with each of them. We had been shopping for our first Mercedes and scoured the Internet, car faxes and did our research prior to going. We came armed with some prequal financing per recommendations by Lending Tree, I'll never do that again either when I buy from this dealer, it was a waste of time, MBNO beat the rate by a substantial margin and I never even told them what I had. I could go on about this group but MBNO has made buying a car fun again for me and my wife. Mercedes Benz may be a complicated car with all of the accessories and functions, but MBNO has made the purchasing of one so simplistic and exciting. Thanks. More
