Shawn and the rest of the crew at North Olmsted Mercedes are top notch. You can’t get a car buying experience as exciting, informative or easy going as this. So if your in the market for a new or used car, I promise you will not be disappointed at any point of the car buying experience you will receive with Shawn or this dealership! I was in the process of checking into several vehicles and speaking with many different dealers, and after the first few calls and emails exchanges with Shawn I knew I needed to look no further! He worked with me on every single aspect of this process from details of the car on its comfort features, safety, efficiency and several other perks of this vehicle. I live close to 3 hours away from North Olmsted and with all the help and information I got from Shawn I didn’t bat an eye nor would I to purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Shawn responded and answered any questions I had In an extremely timely manner and if he didn’t know he would check with someone to confirm he was answering my questions as accurately as possible. The communication exchanges we had made this one of the easiest decisions I have ever made. And when I finally made my trek up to North Olmsted Mercedes it only got more exciting. Everyone that I came into contact there was so friendly and welcoming. Shawn took care of me throughout this process like I was family to him. I was upfront with him about what I was looking for in a vehicle and where I was looking to be on a payment, and not only did he work to get me close, he got me in a car I’ve always wanted to own. I could go on and on about my experience, but all you need to know is Shawnee is the real deal and is perfect example of what people are looking for in any buying experience. He even reached out to me later that evening on the day of my purchase to see if I made it back home Safely and even the next day to see how If I was enjoying my car and if was meeting my expectations. That caring about your customers on a level that I’ve never experienced. I have had several good experiences in the past buying cars, but none like this from Shawn and company at North Olmsted Mercedes!! Class act!! Shout out to Michael Ryba as well for getting me through my financial and contract paperwork with no problems. It was a breeze. He made it simple and made sure I understood everything.
